1. Standard tuning: 

   • Piano tuning to standard pitch A440. A short assessment included

   • 1 to 2-hour block for $200

2.  A pitch adjustment 

   • Also,  sometimes known as a Pitch Raise, is required because your piano is too far off pitch to be fine-tuned right now (severely out of tune)

   •  3 hours plus, as at least 3 turnings will be needed for $300*

3.  Light cleaning

   • Remove dust from inside your piano and clean all hard-to-reach places. 

   • 30 mins for $75

4. Deep cleaning

   • Remove heavy dust or pet hair from inside your piano and clean all hard-to-reach places.

   •  1 hour for $150 (unless there is evidence of mice) 

5. In-home inspection

   • Anything else starts at an hour for $100*
